Staff performance review

Staff and managers are expected to work collaboratively to identify goals, establish priorities and determine what success looks like for the Staff member.

Measurement will be achieved through regular ongoing meetings, feedback sessions and support on performance, culminating in a formal annual evaluation and plan.

Staff performance appraisals are generally carried out via instructions annually communicated from Human Resources and from faculty executive officers.
